Read the two numbers togetherThe bar carries two things: the fill is how much of the change has happened, and the small tick is how much of the time has gone. Fill ahead of tick means ahead of plan. A percentage on its own says nothing — 40% with two months left and 40% with two days left are not the same situation at all.
