Answers to what people ask most, and a way to reach a person if none of them fit.
Asked most often
The advice page will not say anything. Is it broken?
No. Lamduan will not analyse until there is enough history, and it says plainly what is missing and how many more days it needs. Guessing from a few days and sounding confident about it would be worse than saying nothing.
I logged a weight for a day I had already logged, and the old value vanished.
One value per day. Logging the same date again edits it rather than adding a row. If both readings matter, set each to the day it was actually taken.
Where do I change the language?
Top of every page — Thai, English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese. Your choice is remembered; before you make one, the app follows the language of your device.
Notifications are not arriving.
Two places to check: the notification settings inside Lamduan, and the permission the phone itself holds. If you declined when the app asked, only the phone's own settings can turn it back on — the app cannot ask again.
I want all of my data out.
The export page gives you every module as CSV, whenever you want, without asking anyone. The data is yours.
I want to delete my account and everything in it.
You can do it yourself, in the app or on the web, at the foot of your profile. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so export a copy first.
Where do the BMI, BMR and TDEE figures come from?
From the height, weight, age, sex and activity level you entered. BMI uses Asia-Pacific thresholds and the tape-measure body-fat figure uses the US Navy formula. Every number is labelled as a statistical estimate, not a measurement.
Can Lamduan replace seeing a doctor?
No. Lamduan is a notebook, not a medical device: it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything. If something feels wrong, see a doctor — do not wait on a number in here.
