Water Log

Tap a cup size each time you drink plain water — the vase fills as you go. You can step back to an earlier day and log into it.

Logging into 23 Aug 23 Aug — a cup tapped here lands on that day, not today.

Other amount / earlier

Use this when the bottle or glass is not one of the buttons. Anything from 1 to 3000 ml per entry.

Leave it as it is for now, or wind it back when you remember a glass you had earlier.

A full tube is a day that met its goal, with a tick when it did. The shape of the week matters more than any single day.

The suggestion is body weight × 33 ml, the middle of the 30-35 range general guidance uses. It is a starting point, not a prescription: hard training and hot days need more, and kidney or heart conditions need a doctor rather than a formula.

Set these to the cups, glasses and bottles you actually use and logging becomes one tap. The drawing follows the order of the sizes on its own — cup, glass, glass, bottle, bottle, bottle — and no two are ever alike. All six are needed, and they cannot repeat.

This page counts plain water only — not tea, coffee, soft drinks or water in food. Pale urine and no thirst usually means you have had enough; the number is not worth forcing.
